I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect, bigger than we had anticipated, and had a modern and elegant feel. The expansive views from the room added to the experience; however, there was no view of the mountains which was a bit of a downside. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access the town and restaurants, although it was a short walk up a hill from the center. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the main part of Queenstown. The rooms are quiet, large, very comfortable, and open to a small, outside courtyard where we enjoyed our wine and cheese time. The service is friendly and helpful, willing to do laundry for guests. The dining experience could be better but being available on the first morning was a plus. Overall, a fantastic location with clean and airy rooms.
My stay at Anderson Heights was delightful. The rooms were quiet, large, very comfortable, and opened to a small outside courtyard where we enjoyed our 'wine and cheese time'. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and the reception staff was very helpful. Its proximity to the town center makes it a great place to stay. However, it's not really at the CBD and has an uphill climb back, which can be tiring.
